Initiate Return
Visit your Google Store order history and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Print Label
Check your email for the prepaid shipping label and packing slip provided by our support team, then print them out for your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place your device in its original box, include the packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
